Just when I think I can forgive the inability to kill off characters and the 'ah - but is it?' moral reversals and the need to have even Hiro, who used to understand what was going on, act like a total div - they compound the total misuse of Jamie Hector aka Marlo from The Wire (sapped of all the menace we know he can exude as easy as breathing, even though he's meant to be a fear-vampire supervillain) by bringing in Bubs as a man who creates black holes. No. Just no. Maybe I didn't get my comics today, maybe No Heroics is finished with no word yet on whether it'll be back, but while we teeter on the brink of a recession I could be watching Carnivale; as America prepares to make the most important choice of a generation I could be watching John Adams; with no particular topical relevance, but with considerably more entertainment value than Heroes nonetheless, I could be catching up with last night's Dead Set. I do not need to be wasting my time with this network dreck.

I'm only a third of the way through the first series, and I'm told that by making it to the end of the second they at least completed one act. And Hell, it's not as if pre-TV art never had any unfinished masterpieces - just ask Spenser, Chaucer or Dostoevsky.

あ～。それにしても、外注してて、すぷれっどしーとをもってなくて、
すべてのーちぇっくって、ひどいよね。
チャートと数字が圧倒的にミスだらけなのは、社員がつくってて、
ノーチェックだったから。
なんといっても、あのミスの量で、元のデータがなかったりして、
問題は根深い状態。

ほんとは、いま上海にいるＴさんの責任なのに、営業のＷさんはかわいそうに。もちろん、だれだって、こんなに細かくて大変なおしごとしたくないけど、Ｔさんをびーくーにしないなら、わたしをでぃれくたーとかで雇いましたってことにしないと許されない状況かもね。

So Claire wants to use her powers to help - fair enough. What does she do? She finds the one person on Earth against whom she is no more powerful than a mere human, She then gets him to turn around before using the taser on him, and then waits for him to wake up again before taking any further action. Did Sylar not put her brain back in or something?

I enjoy him more these days, possibly because (Los Campesinos! aside) there are very few modern indie bands I like, so whoever he's laying into, I'll more than likely agree with him.
