For once I'm in a little early, only to find that in my absence my machine appears to have lost my inbox and my Explorer settings, so I can't actually attend to the inevitable mountain of email. Fvcking A.

The inbox and settings are returned to me now, so it's just a case of slashing&burning my way through a thousand-odd unread mails, 95% of which I can shoot on sight. This is almost fun!

The thing with scythes is, they're actually not that strong. I like the look but for me to crave one it would have to be crackling with energy - whether occult or SF, I don't mind.

I have successfully caught the wee sod in my LISTINGS NET (872 items deleted unread - 143 to go), but do not expect a reply anytime soon. Gin would be good, though. Last night was my first sans booze since December 13th so I feel utterly awful.
