Some scorned classics have the main problem that when we were younger they weren't being played properly, as per yer man from Cardboard Children's defence of Monopoly. But yes, Agricola sounds like it might be interesting, if a bit lacking in man-eating monsters.

I mostly agree with your critique of Miracle Day except that among your complaints seems to be the shortage of Gwen. There has never been anything ever which would be improved by more Gwen.
