Bogus Journey, surely? And yes, but Moffat had already used it in his first televised Who, the Comic Relief special Curse of Fatal Death. For a show about a time traveller, there have been surprisingly few stories which used the time travel as anything but a way to get around between scenarios. I love how Moffat's changing that.
