Yes, we really are the TV-on-demand generation. "I demand there be something good on!" The NYPB episode is so much more David Simon that I was expecting. A character that's basically Omar and Bubbles in one, the concept of turning a blind eye to the stick-up guys, murders over mistakes in the count, wire taps as a way of boosting overtime, certain cases bringing in all the money while others have nothing. It's all there.
