I am very pleased you liked it. I was appalled that it never came out for real on DVD. The first time I saw it in 1988, I fell in love with so many things about it - I haven't watched it since. I only bought the Guardian that day by accident at about 10pm - usually my newsagents doesn't have copies at that time on a Saturday.
