I find that any day justifies itself the moment you invent a new insult.
Google confirms that at 5.55 yesterday I did just this when I described those responsible for butchering my Brian Aldiss review as tossvipers.

I do hope the Spanish bombing is al Qaida rather than ETA after all. I'd rather live in a world where only one terrorist organisation is quite that evil, than one where everyone else feels a need to keep up with the Joneses Bin Ladens.
