My brain is buckling in the heat. I have no idea what it was I meant to write here. Last night was wonderful as regards food and company, but we were having to shuttle back and forth between room and garden as our prolonged presence in either caused our body heat to up the room temperature. When I got home, I took the roof off but that didn't help. Tried to tire myself enough to sleep in the fire by watching 24 and The Shield, but all I found was that the heat robbed them of any emotional intensity. "Oh, she's dead. Whatever."
And Saturday's set to be worse. I just hope the Cock has aircon.
